Educators for Excellence
August 2016 — Present
The education reform movement and recruitment found me in 2010 when I landed a job at The New Teacher Project. When E4E reached out with an opportunity to contribute my skill set to the cause of teacher-led change, my instant connection with my mother's career as a teacher compelled me to come aboard.
I now support hiring managers in vetting talent from roles ranging from administrative to finance. Additionally, I lead on projects that improve our systems- namely, full automation of our applicant tracking system and on-demand training creation for staff around best practices in hiring such as driving goals around diversity recruitment in managing partnerships that help us cultivate diverse talent pipelines.
