• As a Brand Coordinator had to deal with all sales reports and stock level plus an overview sheet consisting of our in store activities during the month and its influence on the sales and other competitors’ activities.
In addition to making order forecasts, the forecast had to be done in the beginning of the fiscal year and update it according to the market changes and the stock level.
Worked on marketing and distribution plans for the products by monitoring the new outlets in the market and by increasing my brand’s visibility in these outlets.
Organizing the launching of new products, setting dates and reserving the vitrines for the window’s display.
Also implementing sales incentives for sales force
