-Solving all network problems day by day Troubleshooting customers & solving
technical problems for both the company & the customers.
- Following up customer care call center.
- Technical Support (Installation and Configuration (LAN/Wan)).
- Participate in the Implementation of the company network.
- Receive and handle all customer complains arriving via call center.
- Provides support to end users and resolves problems.
- Solving Customers Problems Related With Central.
-Tracks and monitors the problem to insure a timely resolution.
- Configuration routers (Linksys,Speedtouch,Tp-link,3com,D-link,ZTE,Conexant,Paradyn,Repotic,Philips Wireless,……) besides Dslam Configurations .
- Fixing Internet unit in main exchange as well as connecting ADSL lines.
