HUD Operation Manager, at its base, requires key role input in the on-going oversight of all actions necessary to support five Prime HUD M&M 3.6 Contracts currently servicing HUD owned properties in thirteen (13) states with a current inventory of 7,600 properties. Moreover, I am charged with high-level, direct supervision and management of five (5) teams consisting of Contract Managers, Project Managers, and Field Asset Service Coordinators totaling 58 full-time employees. Additionally, I am integrated with company management with responsibility to provide insight, recommendations, and solutions to address issues that arise and plan for contingencies to meet and exceed client expectations and requirements.

Contract Manager of Area 2A for the HUD Single Family Management & Marketing Program (M&M III) which covers Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Ms. Nino directs the execution of administrative/field service responsibilities from acquisition to work completion to meet the property management, maintenance, and preservation services as necessary. Her vast knowledge of property maintenance and preservation along with over 5 years of experience with government contracting has enabled her to provide a successful operational oversight of the contract. Through her leadership, Ms. Nino has developed processes and continues to design, develop and administer policies to support an annual inventory of over 4,000 properties for the Southeastern United States.
