Implement the overall administrative, financial and operational strategy for the state’s leading environmental non-profit – comprised of a 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and three Political Action Committees (PACs) – and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Manage prospective funders and grant applications, ensure timely acknowledgement and reporting for grants received. Provide all levels of internal staff support including maintaining personnel policies, directing all human resource matters, organizing professional development trainings, and coordinating hiring activities. Direct the purchasing functions for MLCV, researching new vendors and seeking out new proposals when necessary.
