Ensuring quality control of materials directed at Clients, Potential Clients, Vendors and the public; including but not limited to 60 million in gross payroll, all marketing materials, social media, and client newsletters. Also responsible for increasing efficiencies and reducing cost by negotiating with vendors and managing internal costs. Other tasks include handling all unemployment claims, fielding phone calls, and greeting and directing guests.
