Responsible for the productivity of a staff between 5-25 people daily, maintain an enjoyable, professional, productive atmosphere, ensure quality food as well as service. Responsible for set-up and breakdown of events, buffets, outside activities. In charge of employee time clock reports, labor expenses, ordering from retailers such as Faust, Silver Eagle, Coke a Cola, Dr.Pepper, ect.
I have been trained in all areas of food and beverage for Bentwater, all front of house positions, as well as back of house, snack bar, management of weddings, dinner parties, luncheons, executive events, wine dinners, private parties, birthdays.
Responsible for speaking to members during shifts to ensure they are above satisfied, groups of members from 50-300.
Responsible for food and beverage cart service on two golf courses.
Responsible for daily reports to directors, report all compliments and concerns, any complaints or suggestions, daily sales for breakfast, lunch, dinner, all day total sales, sales for the men's locker room, and sales for snack bar, total covers done for the day, and per cover average for each shift, and total for entire day.
