I am responsible for the kitchen. Doing all the ordering,menu planing, training new staff and delegating tasks. My main tasks are cooking the hot foods for the hot buffet and then moving to front counter at lunch time to serving customers at the till and making coffee. I also make some of the cakes that we sell in the shop.

For nearly 4 years I had my own home based business , I had a registers kitchen and had a food licence. I was doing all speciality cakes. I love doing sugar characters and sugar flowers.

I worked part time 3days a week making hand crafted chocolates.Tempering the chocolate and making chocolate bars, slices and cream filled chocolates.

I worked in the kitchen preparing everything from starters to deserts. And on some nights worked at the bar and even waitressing when needed.

I was a shop assistant serving pastries ,sliced pizza, bread and cakes. Also doing Christmas hampers.
This job of all jobs taught me to work fast and under pressure as it is one of the busiest and most historic bakery's in Bergamo.

I worked at Balzer as an apprentice pastry chef. I had many different duties here. Depending where I was needed. I was making cakes , pastries, gelato. I also worked at the front serving pastries when needed and during Christmas and Easter was preparing hampers as we'll.
at blazer I also prepared canap├ęs for banquets and also went with to work in the kitchen when we had very large banquets.
