Responsible for duties at operation such as hiring/terminations, counseling, administrative duties, client relations, FAA/TSA relations, training, payroll processing, client invoicing, scheduling, and employee relations. Train/retrain all personnel in airline/airport procedures, safety procedures, and company policies and procedures. Responsible for the scheduling of all airport employees insuring adequate coverage. Maintain good employee relations at airport sites. Handle employee problems in an efficient and effective manner. Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public in a courteous manner.Utilize appropriate communications channels and maintain records, reports and files. Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achievement of company objectives. Utilize company equipment, supplies and resources in a conscientious, cost effective manner. Perform quality assurance service audits as directed to conform to client specifications and/or procedures. Perform other duties as requested.
