• Introduced an inventory management process to assure topline visibility and growth.
• Developed a situational analysis for all countries including economic & political outlook, competitive landscape, consumer drivers and benchmarked distributors capabilities to effectively determine “where to play & how to win” in the market place.
• Responsible to further develop the organizational structure in the region.
• Leading the Brand Building and trade marketing plans per country for 2015 implementation.
