Maximizes operational efficiencies and saves money by ensuring the proper running of office operations; human resources related to benefits administration, performance management, payroll, recruitment, worker’s compensation, and attendance; vendor management; and expense management. Advances the mission, vision and values of Intersections by participating in the strategic planning process, coordinating programs, developing policies and procedures, enforcing legal and regulatory compliance and supervising up to six cross-functional team members. Improves team member engagement by collaborating with HR colleagues in other ministries to develop and present work/life balance initiatives to Collegiate Church leadership and gain approval for corporate wide implementation.
• Reduced office maintenance expenses by 44% and the savings was then reallocated to mission critical programs.
• Reduced telecom expenses by 50% by leveraging bundled service plans and successfully negotiating with the vendor.
