collaborate with cross-functional teams, systematize resources and develop communication plans.
Market departmental offerings and deliver presentations. Track metrics, analyze trends and report recommendations. Manage vendors and consultants. Develop strategic partnerships across various departments and senior leadership to operationalize new employee satisfaction and retention initiatives. Advocate employee needs while balancing organizational priorities.
• Organize and oversee annual special events for 6,000+ attendees.
• Spearhead strategic process improvement initiatives: Collaborate with key stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to address complex issues, investigate information gaps and streamline workflows.
• Develop change management strategies for programmatic sustainability in the face of rapid organizational growth and geographic dispersion. Successfully implemented redesign of multiple organization-wide programs and led launch of a new recognition program this year.
