I build successful stakeholder partnerships, and utilise strategic leadership skills to successfully deliver “best in class” talent acquisition within one of the most dynamic and varied businesses in the world.
I lead a geographically disperse team of 30+ to execute our recruitment strategy across 9 different
industries for 3000+ vacancies a year. I deliver and continually flex a strategy to a tight budget that
spans roles from high volume through to complex niche roles. Focusing on candidate experience and
“employer branding” we attract and hire the best. I manage a blend of in house and RPO (recruitment process outsourcing); our agency usage is below 5%.
