Utilized office automation, database management, word processing using Microsoft Office software to retrieve and enter data into confidential files, and to identify and resolve problems or issues that often crossed organizational boundaries and impacted the accomplishment of the service center.
Maintained schedules, completed workload reports, attended meetings, ordered supplies and marketing materials and performed other general administrative functions required.
