• Manage multiple complex projects to successful completion
• Intermediate level subject matter expert, serves as support for moderate to large events, incentive conferences and business meetings.
• Partner and foster strong relationships with multiple internal clients to determine needs and requirements, including the lines of U.S. Retail businesses we support, Global Event Management, Criteria Tracking and Reporting and others.
• Prepare and report on expense budgets, as well as award projects, and negotiates/partners with external vendors.
• Awards: Responsible for all award sourcing, invoicing and fulfillment, including Hall of Fame elements, such as jackets, rings, plaques, crests, brochures and videos.
• Lead for SignUp4 system: Creates invitations and distribution lists. Modifies and distributes communications and reminders through the event invitation and reporting system; prepare attendee reports as needed by the group or by various business and field partners.
• Coordinate review of on-line event registration sites and other elements, many of them in conjunction with communications/collateral and event recognition project leads.
• May serve as point of contact for questions from the field, including many top advisors, firm managers and wholesalers.
• Main contact for corporate ticketing: Maintains knowledge of compliance rules, regulations and proposes, evaluates and implements process and quality control improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Updates ticket distribution lists monthly.
