Our speaker is speaker is Tiffany Huff-Strothers. Tiffany is an Award Winning Author, Sought After Speaker, and Mentor and Domestic Violence Survivor & Advocate passionate about helping women reinvent themselves following their worst setbacks to success on their own terms.
Tiffany recognized her gift to uplift at a very early age, as her family became the billboard example for the epidemics plaguing the black community: drug abuse, single parenthood, gangs, poverty and divorce. Nonetheless, Tiffany became the first in her family to graduate college and received numerous scholarships, including one from The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to attend graduate school. in the midst of her graduate studies, she found herself in a relationship she had no idea how to end, and seemingly suddenly went from hardworking, mother and student to heartbroken and homeless after being shot by her first love.
Refusing to accept her worst setback as defeat she began a journey of reinvention, and has become the go to for other women on the journey to the same. Tiffany's resilience and resourcefulness is known to be a catalyst for changing lives after every single encounter. She is The Founder & Director of When She Thrives, a community for women to grow their faith, develop as leaders and become change agents in their homes and communities.
In 2017, she published two books, 30 Day Stay: A Story of Escaping Death, Healing From Heartbreak & Finding Hope in Homelessness, and EmpowerMoments for The Everyday Woman: A 31 Day Devotional to Empower Your Womanhood.
Tiffany earned a B.A. in Communication & Professional Writing at Carlow University and studied Higher Education Management at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Education. She is a wife and mother of 2 boys. In her spare time she enjoys, reading, cooking, and quality time with loved ones.

Every spring, many of us get an inclination to purge our closets and homes of things that no longer suit us. It aids us in taking inventory of what we have too much of and not enough of us. As we prepare to spring clean our homes, we should also spring clean our personal brands! Without taking inventory every so often, your brand can become stale and you can lose sight of it.
During this interactive workshop, we'll cover:
-Taking stock of your reputation with 360 Feedback
-Updating your social media profiles
-Evaluating your offerings/skillset
-Setting a plan for growth
