Finding time to be healthy: A workshop for young professionals! [TICKETED EVENT]
April 29 • 6:30 - 7:30pm
Ah, the life of a young professional. You're constantly busy, overworked, and overscheduled. There's so much to get done, your energy is draining fast, and there's no time to be healthy. Sound familiar?
Healthy living is the key to taking back control of your life and getting everything done with a smile on your face! It can feel like a catch-22 sometimes: you need healthy habits to revitalize your life, but your life seems too busy to practice healthy habits. So what do you do?
Join Local Levo Philly to find out!
This workshop, led by the amazing Arielle Margot Friedlander (read her bio below!), will explore healthy habits that will make all the difference in your life, tips for making time to be healthy and foods that will boost your energy. As a plus, you'll get to taste healthy snacks throughout the workshop that you can easily make at home.
Join us at The Hive, Philadelphia's first co-working space for ambitious women, for a deliciously fun evening!
This is a ticketed event so in order to attend you'll need to register at the link below:
