9:00 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.: Meet & greet
9:20 a.m. - 10:20 a.m.: Transformative morning meditation and yoga experience
10:30 - 11:30 a.m.: Group coaching + Breakout sessions. We will dive into a coaching experience where you gain clarity on what’s working and not working in your life, areas to celebrate and enhance, and what you need to let go of.
PLEASE BRING: A yoga mat, a bottle of water, a journal and pen to write during the breakout session.
