NetWorkout w/ PUSH Fitness: Kickboxing

Get in a great workout while meeting new Levo ladies at PUSH Fitness!
This class is a fat burning, cardio inferno. Fashioned as a kickboxing conditioning class, you will learn how to throw legitimate combinations of punches, knees, and kicks against our freestanding MMA bags. If you're looking to shed a few pounds and torch calories, this class is for you.
