Quieting the Voice of the Inner-Critic Workshop
September 22 • 6:30 - 8pm
We all know her and we know her well.
The inner-critic is the ongoing narrative in our heads that tells us self-sabotaging stories about what we can or cannot do. Its job is simple: risk aversion. If you're on the cusp of some change or transition, the inner-critic will be especially loud.
With a Masters in Design from Stanford University, a Bachelors in Psychology from McGill, and 3 certifications in the yogic Vedantic tradition, Maria focuses on women achieving greater self-knowledge while still taking action in line with their most meaningful work.
In her workshop you will learn:
- 5 essential reframes that will help you recognize the inner critic
- 2 tools that will support you in reducing its power in your decision-making
Join us in learning how to quiet the voice of your inner-critic!
