School Testing Coordinator/ Instructional Lead Teacher

• Planning and implementing staff training on all mandated testing programs for the purpose of fulfilling state and school testing needs and requirements. Assisting with data collection and reporting.
• Overseeing testing programs. Soliciting and tabulating information regarding testing materials and needs for the school for the purpose of assisting in the preparation of the annual testing budget process.
• Participating in analysis, interpretation, and reporting of school test results.
• Assisting with preparation and dissemination of reports to assist leadership and staff in the interpretation of performance data and school/student characteristics.
• Assisting in the development of school calendar for testing, analyzing, and reporting test data.
• Performing other duties commensurate with position that are self-initiated or assigned.
• Supporting an effective analysis of school’s instructional data. Supporting educators’ understanding of effective instructional practices in order to support the goal of teaching for understanding. Providing a communication link between teachers, principals, community and Education Center staff.
• Working with administrators and teachers to interpret student achievement data and determining related instructional needs.
• Observing, accessing resources, collecting data, providing feedback, and demonstrating lessons in classrooms as requested.
