I am responsible for full cycle recruiting for Geek Squad City (Louisville, KY), Geek Squad Depots (CA, GA, IL, NY, TX) exempt roles & Best Buy Mobile Stand Alone Stores for the West Coast and Midwest States.
Major responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to support exempt and non-exempt level roles.
-Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships necessary to achieve talent goal and objectives.
-Conduct proactive sourcing, resume mining, job fair attendance, telephone introduction, employee referrals, cold calling, candidate phone screenings, interview scheduling and other duties to build and grow pipeline.
-Post open jobs and tracks candidate workflow.
-ATS system support.(Kenexa and Taleo)
-Execute and document background checks, drug testing and reference checks for each candidate.
