Worked with corporate guest assistance to quickly and accurately assist guests with their problems or concerns. Provided presence in the dining room during dinner hours to be available for guests to speak with and address any concerns as well as assist the hostess with cooking and cleaning. Provided brand standards information to pass quality inspections. Received two outstanding inspections. Passed all inspections during my six years on property.
