Manage proposal life cycle including creating the response documentation and timelines for delivery. Respond to RFx requests/audit/questionnaires for potential & existing customers. Works with internal departments to obtain necessary data i.e. Legal, Ops, Marketing and Engineering. Support global sales team responses working closely with counterparts in other regions. Track and report all workload and win rates on a quarterly basis. Manage the entire proposal development life cycle including planning, organizing, strategy development, and compliance. Create proposal templates, outlines, compliance matrices, and production checklists. Develop the proposal schedule and maintain visibility on progress. Coordinate and prepare proposal meetings and reviews including bid/no bid. Manage proposal document production to include printing, binding and shipping proposals.
