Life Made Easy is a home health agency based in Austin Texas and served all surrounding areas. I was the Main scheduler for both Austin and Georgetown offices. Communicated between clients, clients families, caregivers, and other office staff. I also helped cover shifts that could not be covered by a regular caregiver. I was the on call staff as well. I handled transactions between clients and the office. I was responsible for keeping up with care plans and keeping up to date with state regulations.
