Sales is a side effect of customer connections, and I enjoy making these connections for the chance to create exquisite and timeless spaces for our clients. Scheduling jobs, writing contracts, and assisting the client with selection choices are part of my on-site duties.
I regularly update and maintain all social media accounts by providing fresh content to drive customers to our business. I write weekly blogs & create content for our quarterly newsletter as well as creating daily posts meant to inform or entertain our followers. I photograph project progress and keep track of products and selections to create project profiles for social media and awards submission. This past year I created proposals for the Wisconsin Remodeler Awards resulting in two Gold awards for 2014.
I'll maintain current and past customer records & active job folders, process proposals, invoices, & lien waivers, pull building permits and make appointments for inspections.
I'm also our tech support - maintaining office computers and setting up and maintaining our wireless network & phone systems.
