Mentor team members, review code, explain concepts, and demonstrate solutions; write performance reviews for team; “Go To” person for programmers and module leads regarding MM, FICO, Asset Accounting, and VASS (custom module). On call (24x7x365) for all production support issues.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Gather business requirements from module functional leads, configure and write/review technical specifications; support MM, FICO, Asset Accounting, and VASS.
HELPDESK QUEUE: Monitor helpdesk queue, correspond directly with users to resolve/ reassign tickets.
WEEKLY STATUS MEETINGS: Schedule/chair regular status meetings with team to review tasks and issues.
NASAP EXTRACT / IMPORT SPREADSHEET: Maintain spreadsheet list of all NASAP extract and import interface fields and details to be used for large project research (such as Ecologic, Blackline, etc.).
BATCH SCHEDULE: Maintain batch job schedule (create new jobs, change existing jobs, create/change UNIX scripts, send requests to NDC for control-M maintenance); resolve failures; change/add new steps, develop UNIX scripts and SAP documentation; coordinate with Control M Scheduling Lead to update Fiscal calendar for month end batch jobs.
MONTHLY ASSET REPORT JOBS AUTOMATION: Write/execute monthly asset report jobs and send output spreadsheets to Asset Accounting leads automating manual workflow.
NASAP RELEASE MANAGEMENT: Partner with GSAP, SRM, and NASAP test managers to synchronize release/Q refresh schedules for 3 systems; calendar release schedules for upcoming year, and create/maintain list of changes for monthly block releases. Coordinate with module leads; communicate with business leaders regarding scheduling of releases to production.
PRODUCTION SUPPORT MANAGER BACKUP: As Production Support Manager Backup, obtain knowledge and access to approve super user requests and unlock passwords.
