International corporate position at the Headquarters of the Company acting as functional interface between HR and our stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring a proper management and steering of the different LBU´s in our worldwide locations.

- Develop concepts for the implementation of HR-processes.
- Ensure the pragmatic and goal-oriented appliance of existing HR instruments and processes.
- Management of the corporate HR portfolio.
- Operative support of projects and leading of sub projects.
- Provide target group specifics information and HR reports.
- Prepare Management proposals and decision papers.
- Plan, organize and moderate activities e.g. workshops, briefing calls, conference calls.
- Functional interface to HR Competence Center and HR Community.
- Provide suitable HR solutions.
- Provide guidance for all corporate HR processes to local & corporate Management.
- Monitoring HR processes in terms of customer orientation and cost efficiency.
