As Director of Operations, I oversee the customer relations department while simultaneously managing the behind the scenes financial and logistical aspects of the business.
Internally, much of my responsibility lies in guiding the administrative tasks of 5 - 8 employees depending on the task. This includes, but is not limited too accounting, service (technician based), record keeping, warehouse inventory, commission figures, budgetary goals, and company wide information sharing.
Externally, I oversee the coordination of deliveries, installations, and a boutique level of customer service. I troubleshoot issues daily and am a resource for customers, vendors, and our staff of the daily tasks (past, current, and future).
