Received live phone calls from individuals whose children were utilizing our transportation to and from school. Phone calls were anywhere from complaints , requests , or just informative.
All calls were then documented in to a database where they could be accessed at any time.
Rigorous guidelines were followed in order to properly execute requests that any individual may have had.
Was responsible for contacting Schools as well as Parents in regards to any incidents that may have occurred involving a student as well as informing them of any changes to a students bus route.
Entrusted with reporting delays to parents and schools in order to ensure proper pick up times are made aware of.
