Diversity & Inclusion/Strategic Planning

I assisted the Director of Diversity & Inclusion in all aspects of the department, including developing Diversity Plans for National Governing Bodies, creating Employee Resource Groups, updating and creating internal and external Diversity Scorecards, developing partnerships, and planning events and conferences, such as the Second Annual Sports Diversity & Inclusion Symposium.
I also assisted the Director of Strategic Planning in guiding departments heads in strategic thinking, collecting and consolidating data, and managing the logistics of creating an organization-wide quadrennial strategic plan.
