Our firm works directly with students, recent grads and millennials in transition, providing Internship Coaching and Cultivation and Career Launch Services. Our multi-stage process consists of 4 phases designed to build confidence and career direction/skills, as well as help our clients emphasize their value. Specifically, our comprehensive process includes:

Priority Candidates, Inc. prepares college/post college students to get hired for that post graduation job. We are specialists in the business of hiring preparation and acceleration, strictly focused on college/graduate school students as well as recent graduates.

We employ a distinctly different approach and proprietary system to prepare our student-clients. We leverage 25-plus years of experience in knowing what Corporate America looks for in entry-level hires — having screened and recruited literally thousands of candidates for hundreds of small, medium and large-sized companies.

Today, our full service program represents the most in-depth, tailored, personalized and hands-on counseling service — via face-to-face, phone and internet. It is exclusively focused on preparing matriculating students to be at the top of employers’ priority candidate lists and to be the ones who get hired for those highly competitive entry-level jobs.

Unlike others, our business is not a sideline of a “career planning” business for corporate employees with experience. Preparing college/graduate students and recent graduates to get hired is our ONLY business.
