Project Coordinator and Media Planner/Buyer at a premiere theatrical advertising firm. Account manage and execute the industry-wide SEASON OF SAVINGS program including digital media planning, budgeting, logistical coordination with external agencies and advertisers, ad sales, negotiation, marketing campaign planning and analytics. Plan, book, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on a variety of platforms including Media Mind, Google Adwords, and Facebook. Manage all online and broadcast trafficking. Communicate and liaise with outside vendors and coordinate logistics for account teams and managers. Responsible for compiling and analyzing weekly interactive updates. Organize all client e-blast booking and creating financial insertion orders as well as manage the distribution and tracking of trade tickets.
