I manage twelve individual collectors, by monitoring, coaching,and developing their collection skills. I also monitored graphs charts and individual stats to make sure that were on par to hit our goals daily. I'm also in charge of each collectors schedule and making sure that they get here on time so that that we always have coverage on the floor. Also keeping the morale and motivation with your team up is key, so keeping your collectors happy is also part of the job. Prior to being a manager, as a collector I hit budget seven months in a row and 16 out of 24 months prior to being promoted.
