Currently Assistant to Principal (has served as assistant to AP(s); assist with various requests and/or projects on their behalf.
Point of contact to schedule meetings with Principal.
Assist with answering main phone line, greet visitors, and assist staff with various requests
Effectively communicate with staff and/or security via walkie-talkie.
Point of contact for usage of facility request.
POC for staff / class coverage for absent teachers; requests substitute and process time via sub portal.
Back up to BM to enter approved payroll for staff.
Create approved leave, approved facility usage and scheduled field trip dates in Outlook.
Maintain accurate records for Main Office.
Pont of contact for DC One Cards for students and staff.
Assist as back-up for Attendance Counselor for attendance verifications and/or meetings.
Homeless Liaison and POC for homeless families in need of transportation, uniforms and other daily necessities.
Submits weekly time-sheet for AP’s & Dean of Students.
Send and receive certified mail upon receipt and/or request.
Performs mass mailing for report cards, and/or other correspondence for families of enrolled students.
Prepare and distribute office memorandum, as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
