Key member of an Agile team dedicated to successful, on-time deployment of back office EHR, CRM and financial projects and products for a digital diagnostic telehealth platform.
• Product and program lead for a new partnership with a telehealth partner, managed complex platform migration consisting of 500+ points spanning 5 months of development work. Delivered all features early to planned timeline, contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. Highlights of the program included authenticated API platform integration, launching a responsive co-branded website http://teladoc.sexualhealth.com to support an employer benefits member model and automating backend business processes to facilitate telehealth consults.
•Worked with internal and vendor technology teams and one business analyst direct report to complete API integrations with multiple lab partners, establishing connectivity to send diagnostic test orders and receive test result HL7 files. Defined requirements for billing and pricing, vetted test compendium, identified gaps in patient experience at patient service center locations and continue to review lab performance.
•Vetted marketing automation vendors in an RFP bid that matched HIPAA compliance, licensing and technical criteria and negotiated a multi-year contract for an enterprise level ExactTarget solution. Launched multiple iterations of Analyte Health’s first lead nurturing email campaign, yielding an average 10% conversion rate, double the initial goal.
•Product owner of Salesforce.com platform and roadmap including planning for quarterly releases, tracking data integrity and governance. Proved run rate for data storage and availability in Salesforce.com and saved over $100K in potential costs.
•Coordinated an executive level team on decision to consolidate to a single EHR platform, led migration and secure storage of all existing patient information and automated syncing patient demographic and medical records.
