I have the pleasure of serving in a pivot role leading amazing and talented recruiting and event professionals.

My team supports all global event marketing for our Talent Acquisition organization and it's clients. This includes broader internal and external conferences, networking events, and sponsored & strategic brand events. Our mission is to emotionally transform every event attendee to become a brand ambassador of LinkedIn. We excel in high volume event execution with a hyper personalized attendee approach. The team delivers ~300+ experiential events a year.

Additionally, the other scope of my role includes leading a full life cycle recruiting coordination team to support for all LinkedIn University talent hires. This includes the facilitation of the interview process and partnering with our many internal teams to ensure immigration, relocation, offer letter processing and onboarding for 600+ global hires are secured with a seamless candidate experience.

Events Program Manager, University Recruiting

I joined the Talent Acquisition org @ LinkedIn immediately after the IPO. It was an incredible time to join as the company was still in startup mode and the energy was crazy! This amazing journey allowed me to build scalable recruiting event programs from nothing and capitalize on my philosophy of high touch, personalized and out of the box experiences. Some of the programs and events I built and led are LinkedIn's global intern event program, Invitational program and Technical Hackdays. My role also involved working on our branding collateral and overall look and feel of LinkedIn's University Recruiting brand and outreach.

Over the course of 2 years, our intern program grew from 75 interns in CA to 300 in 6 different geos. I've had the pleasure of designing our event infrastructure to globally support 5 unique regional programs with 80+ activities, speaker series, and strategic professional development sessions over the course of a 3 month time frame.

The Invitational Program I created is a huge part of our recruiting strategy where we built targeted sell days around high volume onsite interview days. This program allows us to easily close candidates and strategically build brand ambassadors through our candidate pool. Our reach spans from 1,200 attendees in a 4 month timeframe in the past year with an 80NPS.

Personal Stylist/ Visual Merchandiser

I worked here throughout the second half of my college experience as a nice way to make money, build my styling portfolio and clientele. It was an awesome experience getting to meet so many different women of all backgrounds and dressing them for every day wear to special occasions.

Throughout my time here, I was able to dabble into many different aspects of my passion for fashion. In addition to styling and pitching, I also helped with visual merchandising specifically in executing floor sets, styling displays and leading small teams in setups.

Some of my accomplishments include:
Ranked in top 12% of west coast sales and exceeded weekly sales quoates by +115%.
Awarded "Sales Consultant of the Month" 7 different times for outperforming expectations in units per transaction percentage, sales per hour, and new client relations

As a summer associate, led strategic marketing campaign for our summer showroom event. Assisted with production/curation of our SFDC exhibits displayed throughout the showroom using multiple design tools. Also co-created an exploratory internship program linking local design students with internship opportunities @ SFDC throughout the school year.
