Manages and leads the consumer marketing communications team and creates and implements strategies, plans, positioning, and messaging pertaining to public relations, social media, web development, packaging development, as well as other brand activity. Analyzes and updates marketing plans quarterly and acts as brand manager, ensuring compliance with creative guidelines in packaging, web use and all marketing collateral. Manages the development and approval process for consumer packaging. Oversees the development of a comprehensive marketing calendar for key market segments and defines, develops, executes, and measures campaign components. Monitors budgets for packaging, advertising, Internet activities, PR, and social media efforts. Guides the writing and creative for PR, brochures, direct mail, email, newsletters, corporate communications documents, collateral, signage, and other marketing materials. Works with multiple cross-functional teams to create synergies across all product lines.
•Developed in-depth understanding of SANUS product offerings and key differentiators, guiding internal teams to create results-oriented programs.
•Launched new e-commerce brand and content strategy which exceeded sales goals on a monthly basis
•Collaborate with Marketing Channel Managers, Sales and Product Management teams to deliver on key branding and communication objectives while meeting regulatory, legal, and customer specific requirements.
•Created a multi-faceted system to communicate and monitor key marketing metrics pertaining to P&L performance, including product sales growth and awareness building.
•Selected to oversee the coordination of the SANUS consumer websites with the assistance of an outside web agency to create information architectures, usability interface designs, site designs (graphic), wireframes and prototyping, content development, site building (developers), maintenance and updates, and project cost estimating.
