Generate templates, as well as working documents to ensure projects are aligning with due dates,&
clear communication across the board
Update and create presentations in PowerPoint and work with team members to guarantee a cohesive
theme
Compile all documents to make sure VP and Directors are prepared for meetings, agenda, and follow
up items on a daily basis
Provide monthly updates to confirm Organizational Charts are correct and reflecting accurate headcount in Microsoft Visio
Implement efficient office operations as first point of contact and resource for all inquiries, with ability to anticipate all needs of the team and proactively provide support to additional departments
Pull reports from Cognos to accurately complete severance packages in a timely
manner Create OWBPA disclosure letters when applicable
Pull reports from Legal – HR New Hire Conflict of Interest Review and follow up with the appropriate
HR Business Partner
Work closely with the Business Partners to update the Combined Impact Report&compile any
changes
Successfully coordinate preparation for various management meetings, onsite and offsite planning
sessions
