I managed Radioshack's Antenna category; growing sales, profit, and ASP with the first branded product in the category. I also worked closely with the private label team to modify and design outdoor antennas to meet more customers' needs within a smaller product line to minimize inventory on hand. I spearheaded a project to realign the antenna assortment to the relevant market areas with the intent of decreasing high return-rates.

As PC Storage Associate Buyer, I brought in the #1 and #2 NPD ranked vendors into my assortment for hard drives, expanded our online assortment to feature emerging technologies, and realigned the digital media assortment to match consumer trends.

I was project manager for the interdepartmental Connected Life and Cloud Storage initiatives, which utilized a new store concept to create a "hub" to allow for content sharing between devices (phone, TV, tablet, PC, etc.).
