Currently loving life as a faculty member in the Psychology department at Mesa Community College. Recently decided to return to school myself, as I will be starting my Ph.D. in School Psychology this fall at the University of Arizona. (Oh boy, the house is divided now...)

I want to enjoy the journey. I have a vision for the next 20 years of my life, but I refuse to get caught up in "reaching the goal." I want my enthusiasm to carry me through every step; my goal then, rather, is to redefine my passion along the way - and find I'm a better person at the end.

School psychologists do not have much of a presence at the community college level. I am eager to redefine this notion. I would love to act as a psychologist available for counsel to students in transition.
