Provide leadership within Krispy Kreme International
Operations Services to support Krispy Kreme operations in 21 countries with over 500 stores.
Responsible for all International Special Events from conception to execution. Develop themed, content, and scope for event, responsible for venue selection, negations, as well as adherence to $200,000 budget. Special Event’s range from 7 to 130 attendees from up to 30 different countries and take place in various countries around the world.
Create, develop, and implement, new procedures, protocols, and tools to cut cost and maximize profitability for all of Krispy Kreme International Operations.
Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously to improve guest experience, quality and store profitability.
Provide organizational support and leadership in the opening of new International Franchisee Markets.
Worked on the development and implementation of an International Hospitality Program for the entire Krispy Kreme International Franchise System
