Responsibilities
Providing friendly and efficient customer service to passengers. Providing tickets to passengers, preparing passengers for travel, greeting aircraft, and boarding aircraft. Staying up to date with aircraft operations, and reservation software. Grooming aircraft. Obtaining a security clearance and airport badge.
Accomplishments
Working as a contracted agent gave me the opportunity to work for three different airlines at the same time. This challenge provided me with the skills and knowledge to go above and beyond for my guest, which I exercised consistently.
Skills Used
This job required me to provide excellent customer service, constant multi-tasking, creative thinking and problem solving. It also required me to practice immaculate grooming standards, safety and hazardous materials training, and being proficient in three different check-in systems.
