I am passionate about educating young professionals in the value of building a financial and insurance plan. I enjoy providing young women, like myself, with the ability to protect their assets and create a tailored strategy to match their needs and objectives for financial independence.

“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson

MassMutual San Diego

Case Manager

I came to MassMutual and financial/insurance planning through an unconventional route but it seems so circular and fitting. My first full-time job was in finance and insurance. I loved it but never considered it a career until almost 8 years later it resurfaced and here I am again!

I'm a firm believer in building a strong foundation for yourself and your assets. Once you've got a plan to follow it's easier to move towards success. I stand behind the importance of financial and insurance planning, specifically Disability and Health insurance for young professionals.

I've always loved hearing other people's stories and carried this passion with me in my time at the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce. It was a true pleasure and an inspiration listen and share their members' stories about the passion for their work and stories about starting up their companies.

Intercare Insurance Solutions

Marketing Assistant

Intercare marked my first steps back into the relam of insurance. I joined an extremely fast-paced environment and incredibly motivated team in the Marketing Department. The most valuable things I learned in my time there were to stay true to yourself and push for what you believe in.

This gave me my first professional opportunity to really spread my wings and test out the waters. I enjoyed the freedom I had here to try new methods and create more efficient procedures. It was thrilling to see the impact my work had on the company.

UCSB

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Anthropology and Communication

UCSB opened my eyes to the possibilities that lay beyond school. It was my first foray into Marketing and realization of the things I did not want to pursue professionally.

My favorite, and most useful, class I took here was Interviewing with Dr. Seibold. To this day I still use things I learned in that class!

Mira Costa Community College

Associate's of Arts (A.A.), Marketing & Social Media

Throughout my life growing up going to college was never a question for me. It was a given. However, when I got closer to that reality I was faced with a daunting future I wasn't sure how to plan for. Community college challenged me to transfer in 2 years but prepared me so well for what lay ahead at UCSB.
