Served as lead counsel for multi-billion dollar transactions, such as: Kinder Morgan’s acquisition of El Paso; ExxonMobil’s acquisition of XTO Energy; Johnson & Johnson’s acquisitions of Micrus Endovascular and SterilMed as well as Johnson & Johnson's sale of K-Y to Reckitt Benckiser and Ortho Dermatologics to Valeant Pharmaceuticals; Sherwin-Williams’ acquisition of MAB Paints and Comex US; Iron Mountain's acquisition of Recall; Vulcan Materials' acquisition of Florida Rock; AK Steel's acquisition of Severstal Dearborn; Blackboard's acquisition of Schoolwires; and the merger of NBC and Vivendi Universal Entertainment.
