Laura decided to go back to her agency roots and join the fast paced, creative environment at HZDG on the account services team. Hirshorn Zuckerman Design Group, Inc. (HZ) is an independent, branding and design company specializing in high-impact, integrated marketing solutions. Some of Laura's responsibilities include:
Manage client relationships, projects and expectations
Establish realistic schedules and budgets for internal distribution and client approval
Initiate creative briefs/project briefs for project kickoff
Guide creative development to ensure consistency in all communications
Complete conference reports following meetings/conference calls
Analyze competitive activity
Update weekly status reports
Open jobs, complete change requests
Request/monitor/track production estimates
Complete insertion orders, submit materials to publications
Review and proof changes before forwarding files to clients

After the near death drowning of her 3 year old son, Laura Metro started The C.L.A.Y. Foundation. The C.L.A.Y. Foundation is a non-profit organization that advocates for swim instruction, CPR training, AED availability and a year round warm water swim facility.
