Lead an internal team of 33 staff in a creating a Visitor Experience that is accessible, seamless, and engaging for a diverse audience. Engage audiences through the exceptional experience of radical hospitality: place the highest value on human relationships, actively dismantle barriers that prevent a more inclusive community, and deepen engagement in the process of uncovering the connections between audience and art.
+ Lead the museum's efforts to create the best possible visitor experience for a diverse audience.
+ Supervise a staff of 33, inspiring confidence, motivating, and crafting/conducting trainings.
+ Develop and maintain MCA Denver standards for training manuals, emergency response plans, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, way signage, and identification badges for all staff, volunteers and business office visitors.
+ Track, analyze, and generate monthly attendance reports, membership sales reports, and shop sales reports; oversee budgeting.
+ Oversee planning, purchasing, pricing, merchandising and marketing efforts of the museum shop while maximizing sales and profits .
