Au Pair In America
April 2010 — Present
Au Pair in America is the nation's first federally approved program for U.S. families seeking au pairs to provide live-in child care over a year-long cultural experience.
I coordinate all the logistics for the au pairs orientation. This includes, coordinating the pick-ups at the airports, bringing the au pairs to their hotel, scheduling their time at the hotel and transporting them to their host families. I enjoy knowing that what I do will have an impact on each au pair that we bring to the U.S.. I thrive under the pressure of handling the unknown and anticipating the things that can go wrong.
