Consultant

Provide consulting services in cases involving the analysis of biological specimens for alcohol and drugs, interpretation of test results, and the effects of alcohol and drugs on the human body. Services are provided on the following types of cases: criminal, civil, employment testing, medical malpractice, and worker's compensation.
Provide instructional services in reference to methods of analysis, instrumentation, procedures for conducting alcohol and drug analysis, interpretation of test results, and the effects of alcohol and drugs on the human body.
Provide case review for compliance with applicable laws, administrative rules, and regulations.
Provide audit assistance to document and determine compliance with ISO 17025.
Review policies, procedures, rules and regulations to determine scientific soundness and make recommendations for improving the quality of analytical results.
Provide expert witness testimony in areas which include, but are not limited to: forensic toxicology; breath alcohol toxicology; blood alcohol toxicology; analytical methods; reliability of test results; compliance with required policy, procedures, rules, regulations and laws; effects of alcohol and drugs on the human body; measurement uncertainty; traceability; quality assurance and quality control.
