Assistant Property Manager at D.E.L Development Corp.

Company’s representative by conveying the benefits of the community, reports to the Community Manager.
Primarily responsible for leasing the
apartments. However, there are some additional areas of responsibility the
Leasing Consultant assumes.
A detailed list of these responsibilities includes but
is not limited to:
Greeting, interviewing, and selling prospective residents.
Inspecting model apartments and market ready show apartments daily
to make certain they are clean and ready to show.
Completing Guest Cards and entering all traffic/phone calls into
Assisting prospects with completion of guest forms and leasing
Answering the telephone.
Recording maintenance requests.
Performing daily clerical activities as directed by the Community
Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends and
contributing ideas to the Community Manager for marketing property
and retaining residents.
Executing ECIM’s standard of excellence with regard to
communication with residents and problem-solving, including
follow-through for items originally addressed with the Leasing

o Sold print, online, and mobile advertising accounts to local businesses in the Hattiesburg,MS area for the Student Planner.
o Attended the Sales Foundations Academy, a week-long sales training in Chapel Hill, NC, to learn a variety of sales techniques and approaches.
o Visited 30 to 40 local businesses daily, and gave an average of 8-10 presentations.
